Services at Exeter Pilates

1:1 Consultation/Personal Training session - In person or via Zoom

  • 55 minutes

A 1:1 session utilizing Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer and the Split-Level Stability Chair, as well as matwork and small equipment for a full-body workout, or a consultation to assess problem areas/challenges and make recommendations that can be practiced to promote greater alignment and movement function.  

Prerequisite: None

Pilates Mat Class - In person or via Zoom

  • 55 minutes

A small group mat class that may utilize stability balls, fitness circles, flex bands or foam rollers. 

Prerequisite:  Pilates 101 or equivalent

Barre Class - In person or via Zoom 

  • 55 minutes

Moving to music, we utilize pilates principles and perform strengthening exercises for a fun, full body workout. 

Prerequisite: Pilates 101 or equivalent

Pilates 101- In person or via Zoom

  • 55 minutes - 4 week session.

Get familiar with your pelvic floor, the vocabulary of Pilates, and learn how to apply it to your own body.  This session is designed to give you the tools and experience you need to join regular classes and continue your practice!

Prerequisite: None

 

Adult Ballet Barre

  • 55 minutes 

Explore the art of ballet as the great form of exercise that it is.  Promote long, lean muscles and great posture while enjoying ballet barre vocabulary to classical ballet music.

Prerequisite: Previous (regardless of how long ago!) Ballet experience or Pilates 101

 

Circuit Session

  • 55 minutes

The Circuit Session is a duet, or semi-private session that includes a circuit of exercises on the Reformer, the Split-Level Stability Chair, as well as those designed to incorporate stability balls and other small equipment.

Prerequisite: Pilates 101 or equivalent

In Home/Office Consultation/Personal Training Session

  • 55 minutes

Mat and Pilates small equipment come to you for a private and convenient 55 minute workout session or a consultation to assess problem areas/challenges and make recommendations that can be practiced to promote greater alignment and movement function. 

Prerequisite: None

Personal Workout Design

  • 45 minutes

Perfect for travel or any period of absence from Pilates sessions, this is a series of exercises designed specifically for you and your body, to sustain what you have gained with your Pilates training.
